If you're going to try to attack Akasha for creating an item similar to another, I strongly suggest to make sure she's the only one offering such an item. Since she isn't, you (yet again) have no valid argument and even less proof of any theft or copying.
With each blog post I read, this Sven character looks more and more ridiculous.
Before you go out of the way to single out one person who had a similar idea - make sure to list ALL the "dirty skirts" in Second Life. This is quite an ignorant argument if I've ever seen one.
