Because not everyone makes something like this? I mean really you can't copyright anything on sl. This whole blog just shows how jealous and pathetic people really are. Kinda like the store owner or Soap.
Yes you can copyright things in SL, Hayden. Dont be ignorant, its called DMCA and lindenlabs is actively persueing any reports their agents get. You know that damn well because the crap at catnip is always JUST BARELY different enough to make a DMCA bounce.
How about you remove your lips from her unorigional ass before you talk? Your idolising bullshit is disgusting me. Catnip is NEVER better, because of the simple fact that they steal ideas from others.
The tattoo chair was made by request. Do you seriously think everyone else has no life and can dedicate all their time to searching OTHER stores to make sure things haven't already been done? When you come up with an idea to make something, do you run all over SL checking EVERY SINGLE store to make sure your idea is completely and 100% original? No, you don't. If you do, you're a million times more pathetic than you appear.
Aw Sven, your obsession is touching! How exactly could Akasha steal an idea that she had no clue was being used elsewhere? Just because you accuse somebody of something, doesn't mean they are guilty of it. It just means you're an idiot that is obsessed with Catnip. Get over it already. If you think Catnip sucks, why don't you just create better items? Oh right, lack of talent... oopsy!
Bullshit, BULL SHIT. Everything people have complained about, you pass off as a request asif youre saying its not your fault. Your lie's are utterly disgusting.
People are wising up to your thieving ways and your past. You can kick and scream asmuch as you want, but your strategy is failing and now youll face the music.
First of all, I'd like to address a simple fact... *I* was the one who made this request of Akasha. Yes, *I* did know about the cloud-9 version. Did I tell Akasha about that version? No. I looked into the Cloud-9, it wasn't what I was looking for, so I sent a request to my favorite designer to create more precisely what I was looking for. She even went so far as to ask me for photos of me getting my most recent tattoo (IRL) so she could model the set after it. She put in a lot of time and effort to make me what I was looking for, and she did NOT steal anyone's idea. "another strikingly similar product is released! Coincidence? I think not!" << Absolutely rude and uncalled for.
"SHE BOUGHT A COPY 5 DAYS BEFORE RELEASING HER IMITATION!!" << I absolutely don't believe this. If this was the case, maybe she was under the impression someone got word of the concept she was doing, and wanted to make sure hers was different enough. I won't believe this though, transaction histories, even screen shots are simple to manipulate.
All of that said... Why does it matter if there are two tattoo chair sets in Second Life? That's what tattoo sets are comprised of... an artist chair, a client chair and a small table/counter space. What she did makes all of the logistic sense in the world. Her textures are unique and detailed. There's absolutely no merit in making rude assumptions like the ones above.
Please know all of the facts before making assumptions next time.
No Ive never bought this tattoo set, I didn't know it was out there. I was sent a customer request for a tattoo setup so I made mine. I based it off of a combo of Bailey's rl tat photos and tattoo parlor chairs I found on the net.
